Wei – Wondr's bulk editing tool

Lots of good info about our mass editing tool Wei, which is always ready throughout the system.

Activate Wei

At the bottom of the Wondr main menu is icon with a W. Click on it to activate and then to deactivate Wei. You can also simply click W on your keyboard to activate the function.
A navigation footer or menu on a dark background. At the top, a horizontal row of four icons is displayed: a gear (settings), a letter "W" inside a square (highlighted with a purple border), a speaker (volume), and a question mark inside a circle with a blue notification badge showing the number "3." Below a thin grey separator line, the "WONDR" logo is featured in a large, blue, rounded font.

Basic functions

To use Wei, you first need to make a selection of which objects to manage. Objects can be retrieved from many places, including users and participant lists. So go to the place in Wondr you want to manage, making sure to filter the selection to be managed.

Then click on the W to bring up Wei. When Wei is activated, a check box appears next to each selectable object that Wei can manage. See the example below where Wei has been activated in the Users view.

Each name has a checkbox that can be selected. Either select separate boxes for the objects to be managed or go to the Wei box and click on the lasso ("+ current search"), which will automatically select all objects in the current search.

A "Users" management table showing a list of registered members. Columns include "Facility," "Firstname," "Lastname," "Birthdate," "Address," "Postal code," "City," "Member" date, and "Subscription" type. Several users, such as Rasmus, Emilia, and Susanna, are selected with purple checkboxes. A dark action bar at the bottom indicates "Selected objects Users: 533" and features a cartoon superhero character on the left, with icons for messaging, playing, and refreshing on the right.

A "Users" management table showing a list of registered members. Columns include "Facility," "Firstname," "Lastname," "Birthdate," "Address," "Postal code," "City," "Member" date, and "Subscription" type. The table lists users such as Rasmus test, Emilia Stern, and Susanna Magnusson. A dark overlay at the bottom features a cartoon superhero character on the left and a "Message from Wei" stating, "Select anything on the page or use the lasso to start editing." To the right of the message are icons for chat and closing the overlay.

Then click the play button to proceed and select an action for the selected objects.

TIP! It is possible to retrieve objects from different locations.

For example, you can check off certain people in a report and then go to users and add more people. The selections are saved until you click Clear in the Wei box.

A "Users (533 pcs)" modal window with the heading "What do you want to do?" under the "Actions" tab. A list of available administrative actions is displayed in purple text, including "Add company tag," "Add history," "Add plan," "Add tag," "Add to group," "Assign subscription," "Block user," "Book," and "Book by search." There is a secondary tab for "Other smart rules" and a close "x" icon in the top right corner.

Scroll through the entire list to see all the options. If you have special smart rules that, for example, issue warnings or send out fines, you can also run them manually this way. Then change the tab at the top to Other smart rules.

Here you can, for example, mass book all selected profiles, send an email, add a tag to CRM, block all or create orders.

There are many different options that often lead to further choices. In the next part we will give some examples of how this function can be used.

Example

    • Send booking confirmation - Check this box if Wondr should send a booking confirmation for each activity the person is booked into.

    • Pay if booking requires payment - Check this box if they will pay for the activities (in case payment is required), leave it unchecked and they will be booked in without payment.

7. Click Run.
