How members can refill punch cards themselves

For a member to be able to refill their punch card on their own, the following settings must be in place:

The subscription must be activated and available for purchase via the website/app
The option “Punches can be refilled” must be enabled in the subscription’s basic settings

Make sure the correct sales channel is selected. See Sales Channels in the article Create a new subscription.

Members can only refill their punch card with the same number of punches as the original card
(The number of punches cannot be changed or selected by the member.)
A refill is only possible as long as there are punches remaining.
When all punches are used, the subscription is suspended and refilling is no longer possible.
If the punch card has a validity period (for example 6 months), the validity is extended by a full new period each time the punches are refilled.

When the setup is correct, the member can refill their punch card via their Wondr wall.

The member clicks the circle with their initials in the menu below the logo.
The member selects Subscriptions.
The member scrolls down to the punch card and clicks Refill.
The member completes the purchase by following the steps in the checkout.

Refilling punch cards is not available directly in the app and must be completed via the web version.

The member clicks the circle with their initials in the top right corner.
At the bottom left of the menu, the member selects Web version.
The member clicks the circle with their initials in the menu below the logo.
The member selects Subscriptions.
The member scrolls down to the punch card and clicks Refill.
The member completes the purchase by following the steps in the checkout.
