Credit an order

Step-by-step guide to credit a completed order.

  1. To credit a customer, go to the profile page.

  2. Find the customer's name under the User tab in the menu. Press the eye icon on the right to enter the profile.

  3. Then scroll down to Orders and go to the completed tab. Tap the eye on the far right in the order row for the order to be credited.

  4. Scroll down and press the red Create a credit order button.

  5. A new order is opened. The box Price incl. tax shows the full amount for the item. If there are multiple items on the order, there is a box for each item. See example image below.

  6. If the entire order is to be credited, nothing changes in these boxes. However, if one of the items is to be partially credited, the correct amount is written in the box for that item.

  7. Scroll down in the order and press the button Create a credit order.

The order is now created and the customer will be refunded the selected amount within 2-5 banking days.
