LOK feature in Wondr

Information about Wondr's connection to LOK for all associations.

Intro

Wondr is connected to IdrottOnline where we transfer users, activities and participation. This is then used in IdrottOnline when you apply for LOK support.

Activate function

  • 1.In IdottOnline, go to Administration and add Wondr as an integration. NOTE! It is important that you see Wondr as an added integration before you proceed to the next step. Inside Wondr, go to Settings > LOK. (If you do not see LOK, ask Wondr support to activate this function). Fill in which LOK sports you use. Fill in the association's organization number in the format (XXXXXX-XXXX). Select the start date (from which date Wondr should start transferring activities to IdrottOnline).
  • 2.In Wondr, go to Settings - LOK. (If you don´t see LOK, ask Wondr support to enable this feature).
  • 3.Fill in which LOK sports you use.
  • 4.Fill in the association´s organization number in the format (XXXXXX-XXXX).
  • 5.Select the start date (from which date Wondr should start transferring activities to IdrottOnline).

Setting up LOK activities

  • 1.Go to Settings - Booking - Activity Types.
  • 2.For all activity types that you want to transfer to IdrottOnline, you need to fill in which sport and what type of activity it is. For example, “Budo & Martial Arts” and “Training”. (NB, it is not a requirement to choose a “sub-sport” for the main sport).

 Important to consider!

  • Every leader and every participant who is to be sent to IdrottOnline must have a personal identification number and their gender must match the check digit in the personal identification number. If the check digit does not match, you have probably been given the wrong personal identification number by the participant.
  • Read up on LOK rules. For example, how many people must be at an activity for it to count, minimum length of activity, etc.

LOK User error

Here you can see which people lack a personal identification number or whose gender does not match.

LOK Activity Error

Here you can see if, for example, there is a missing leader/responsible person for an activity. But if this was added later, you need to go to Settings > LOK and click on “ Update all previous activities with responsible person ”.

 Questions & Answers

When is the information transferred to IdrottOnline?
  • We guarantee that the information is transferred before the deadline for LOK support, which is the end of August for the spring semester and the end of February for the fall semester.
  • We aim to make the transfer more continuous but are not quite there yet.
What information is transferred?
  • Name and social security number.
  • Activities with leaders and participant list.
Can I see the files being transferred?

No, because the transfer is shared with all other customers in Wondr, we cannot provide this access.

Do you send files to the municipality?

You create a municipal file directly in IdrottOnline and has nothing to do with Wondr.

Can I make changes to my activities afterwards?

Yes, if changes are made, they will be sent over again and changed in IdrottOnline.
