Action log

Learn how to use the activity log to track who performed specific actions in your system. Filter by date, user, or activity, and export results to PDF or CSV.

The report "Action log" is useful, for example, if something went wrong at the front desk and you want to know who was responsible at the time the error occurred. Another case could be to see when a member booked

Search fields

Below are descriptions for each search field. You can choose to search in one or more depending on what search results you want to obtain.

Search

Free text search box. For example, enter the users's name or the name of the person on staff for whom you want to see all logged events.

From

Start date of the search.

To

End date of the search.

Activity

Select the type of event you want to filter. Choose between different types of events for membership, schedule or order.

*If you do not enter any search criteria, the results will show all logged events in the system for the current year.

Responsible

Search for events linked to a specific staff member.

Receiver

Search for specific events linked to a specific user.

Activity

Search for events linked to a specific activity in the schedule.

 

Results

Responsible

Name of the person who performed the action (can be the customer themselves or someone on staff).

Recipient

Name of the customer the event applies to.

*If the same name is listed under both "Responsible" and "Recipient", it is the customer themselves who performed the action. If a staff member's name is listed under "Responsible", it is the person who performed the action.

Date and time when the event was logged/executed

At the top right are two icons where you can download the list in PDF and CSV format.
