What payment methods are supported by Wondr?
Here you will find all the payment methods that you can integrate with Wondr.
Card payment
Online card payment with recurring payments
This payment method requires a separate agreement with our partner: Stripe. Can be used to charge customers on an ongoing basis for, for example, monthly subscriptions. The card details are automatically saved to the customer's profile after the first purchase and can then be easily charged monthly or if the customer would like to purchase products or additional services.
Customers can manage and add cards themselves without the help of staff.
This payment method is required to be able to sell subscriptions online and for selling courses and events via the Forms module.
Card payment via terminal
Take payment via physical cards in a card terminal. This payment method requires a separate agreement with our partner Flo, who also provides hardware.
It is also possible to use another type of card terminal through other companies such as iZettle or Babs, but it is not connected to Wondr and must be handled as a manual payment method.
Direct debit (Autogiro)
Get paid once a month
This payment method requires a separate agreement with Bankgirocentralen.
This payment method must be set up via staff or via the customer's banking app, meaning customers cannot purchase subscriptions on the website and select direct debit as the payment method.
Wondr supports automatic connection to direct debit so that payment files, consents, response files, and credits can be sent and received automatically without you having to manually create or send any files.
Invoice
Customers cannot choose invoice as their payment method themselves. It must always be set up manually by staff. Customers cannot therefore purchase subscription on the website and choose invoice as their payment method.
Invoicing via Wondr
Create, send and manage invoices via Wondr's own invoice module. Recommended if invoicing occurs sporadically.
Invoicing via Fortnox
Create orders in Wondr as a basis for invoices that are managed in Fortnox. Recommended for ongoing invoicing.
Swish
Swish Company
Let customers swish via your swish number. The payments must then be manually registered by you in Wondr and reconciled against the amount that has been received in the bank account. There is therefore no automatic connection to Wondr, but everything must be registered manually by staff in order for it to be included in Wondr accounting files.
Swish Handel
Create a payment in Wondr and push it out to customers for approval via BankID. The order is automatically posted in the system. Via Swish Handel, Swish also becomes a payment method that the customer can choose when selling on the website.
NOTE: Only applies to subscriptions with one-time payment, form registrations and products with direct payment, not ongoing monthly payments.
Wellness company
Epassi, Benify and others.
Wondr has no integration with any wellness company, but there is functionality to handle orders that are to be paid through wellness companies.
Via the pot account function, a pot can be added to Wondr equal to the amount that you will then be paid by said health care company. This means that the member can have an ongoing membership where the amount is deducted from the pot monthly until it is exhausted. Then the payment is automatically transferred to a card or other pre-selected payment method.
Wondr does not handle any actual money from the companies, but the income registered in Wondr must be reconciled with the amounts you have actually received in your bank account.
