Remove/change direct debit authorization via Autogiro

Guide to deleting or replacing a direct debit message via Autogiro.

  1. Scroll down to Payment Methods.

  2. Click 'Status' to delete the existing direct debit authorization.

  3. A box with information about the consent will then appear. Here you will also find the option 'Remove payment method'.

  4. Press that button and the permission will be removed from the system.

NOTE! It is not possible to remove a direct debit authorization from the customer's profile in Wondr as long as there are outstanding payments. Manage all payments first to then be able to remove the authorization. If any payment is locked by direct debit, contact support.

NOTE 2! If you want to add a new direct debit authorization for a customer, it is important that the Payer Number is not the same as for the previous authorization. Therefore, add a zero at the end of the new payer number, otherwise the system will only recognize the old authorization.
