Create a button on user profile

Create your own buttons on Wondr-wall

Intro

In this article, we describe how to proceed if you want to create a button that sits at the top of user profiles to perform an action easily and without extra steps.

The example for this article will be a button that manually issues a warning to a customer. It is also possible to create buttons with other functions such as creating an order or blocking a customer. Select these as the "Action" to control the function of the button.

Do this:

Go to Settings > Smart Rules.

Tap the plus icon in the top right to add a new smart rule.

Select trigger

The first step is to choose what type of event in the system will trigger the rule. Select the trgger: "User Profile Shortcut".

The next step is to choose a name for the button, fill in the name in the box under "Text on button". An example of button text could be "Give manual warning".

No filtering is needed to create the button so proceed to "Actions".

Add a first action via the plus sign.

Select "Warnings & blocking - Give a warning". For this action there are a few more options, set as below:

Type of warning

Missed activity

Comment

Leave the text.

Then set "Repeats"

Number of days until this rule can run again: 1

Press "Create"

The button will now be at the top when you enter a user profile.
