Calendar synchronization

Information about how calendar sync works and available options.

 

For customers
Customers can sync their bookings with the calendar on their device.

For it to work, they need to give the Wondr app full access to the calendar. If they don't do so when they downloaded the app, they need to go through their phone's settings to change it.

They activate the syncing in the app by pressing the icon below under My bookings.

When they tap the icon, they are given the option to "Sync my bookings". This only needs to be done once and then all of the bookings will be added to the device's selected calendar. Of course, the booking will disappear from the calendar if the activity is canceled. There is also a choice for which calendar the activities should be synced to. Either the device's default calendar or another one.

For instructors and staff

Instructors can also sync the classes they lead to their calendar to make it easier to keep track of their schedule. When they tap the icon, they will have two choices. There is also a choice for which calendar the activities should be synced to. Either the device's default calendar or another one.

They can both "Sync my bookings" if they themselves are booked on a session. They can also choose to "Sync activities led by me" which syncs all sessions where they are listed as an instructor in the schedule to their unit calendar. If there are any changes to the schedule, the calendar will change accordingly.
