  • Available 24/7: You can now access our library of help articles whenever you need them, moving beyond our standard 09:00 to 16:00 window.
  • Smart Chat: Our new chatbot helps you navigate and find the right articles in seconds.
  • Expanding Language Support: We are continuously adding more languages. As we ensure top-tier quality, more options beyond English and Swedish will become available. Currently, articles are available in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Latvian, English, and Finnish, with more updates on the way.

We have redesigned our guides to provide clear, concrete help in a more intuitive way. If you notice anything missing or have suggestions for improvement, we would love to hear from you via our support channel.
