Alerts are issued by smart rules. The Alerts report compiles all current alerts.
Intro & Search
This report is only useful if you are using the "Smart Rules" add-on module and have a rule that issues alerts when a customer misses an activity. Read more about this in the Smart Rules category.
If there is a rule that issues warnings, there is a summary of them in this report.
Groups
Choose whether you want to filter on any specific groups that you have set up in Wondr.
Facilities
Choose whether you want to filter on a specific facility or all (if you have multiple facilities).
Results
Facility
User's facility.
First name
The user's first name.
Surname
The user's last name.
Missed activity
What activity has been missed.
Total
The user's total number of warnings.
