Intro
This feature allows members on the Wondr-wall to see how many people are currently on site at the facility and also how many are expected to be on site later in the day. Follow this guide to activate the feature.
Do this:
1. Go to Settings > Booking. Scroll down through the booking settings until the Visitor Counter feature becomes visible.
2. Click in the box "Show visitor counter"
3. Enter values for the following settings:
Count bookings in the last X minutes
Enter how many minutes each person is expected to be on site. This means that if the value in this box is 90, they will automatically be "checked out"/no longer counted in this list after 90 minutes. This only applies to those who only check in. If they are booked on an activity, it will instead count the length of the activity.
Include types
Specify which activities should be included in the visitor counter. Leave blank for all activities.
Exclude types
Specify which activities should be excluded from the visitor counter. Leave blank for all activities.
Allow future view
Click this box to enable the counter to also show upcoming hours and not just the current number of visits. The list is updated every 10 minutes.
Future view should show every Xe minutes
NOTE: Assumes that the "Allow future view" box has been checked. Then specify the time interval to be displayed. If the counter should display every half hour, 30 should be entered here. If it should display every full hour, 60 should be entered.
Future view should show a total of X minutes
NOTE: Assumes that the "Allow future view" box has been checked. Enter how many minutes ahead it should show. For example, if 360 is entered here, it will show the next 6 hours.
All done! The box will now be visible to all customers on their Wondr wall. See images below for examples.
