Sent emails
This report shows all emails that go out from Wondr. They are listed in chronological order with the most recent email sent at the top.
Sent from
The facility's email address.
Sent to
The user's email address.
Subject
The subject line of the email, this column is useful if a customer says for example that they have not received a booking confirmation. Here you can easily see which emails the member has received and when.
Status
"Sent" if the email has been sent. "Pending" if it has not yet gone out.
Created
When the email was created in the system.
Sent
When the email was sent to the recipient.
On the far right are two icons. Tap the paper airplane icon to resend the email. Tap the eye icon to see what's in the email.
You can unlock more statuses in this report such as what happened to emails that could not be delivered and so on. to activate this you need to switch to EU Sparkpost. Contact the support if you need more information or help.
