Restoring punches
If a punch was drawn incorrectly, it can be restored by staff/admin.
To put a punch back on an active punch card, go to the booked activity in the schedule that deducted the punch. Select the person who wants to get their punch back in the session's participant list and press the arrow.
Two options will then appear: "Missed the session" and "Delete".
Select the option "Delete". The user is now removed from the session and the punch is restored.
This works even if the activity has already taken place.
NOTE: If a session is canceled, the punches will not be automatically put back on the punch cards. You must manually go to these clients and click "Delete" in the session's participant list.
