Postpone payment

A guide to how you can postpone a payment to a later date.

  1. Go to the customer's profile and scroll down to 'Orders'.

  2. Select the order you want to manage and press the 'Edit' icon (the pencil).

  3. Then scroll down in the order to the option 'Don't handle before'.

  4. In the 'Don't handle before' box, select the date on which the order should be paid for and then press 'Save'.

  5. In the order view, a warning triangle will now be visible at the payment date.

  6. Hover over the triangle to see the date the payment is postponed to.
