Postpone payment

A guide to how you can postpone a payment to a later date.

  1. Go to the customer's profile and scroll down to Orders.

  2. Select the order you want to manage and press the Edit icon (the pencil).

  3. Then scroll down in the order to the option Don't handle before.

  4. In the Don't handle before box, select the date on which the order should be paid for and then press Save.

  5. In the order view, a warning triangle will now be visible at the payment date.

  6. Hover over the triangle to see the date the payment is postponed to.
