Members can purchase multiple subscriptions themselves

Guide to activating the function and how it then works for the members.

Activate the function

This feature allows your customers to purchase and add another subscription on their own through their profile when they already have an existing one.

For example, if they have a monthly subscription with a weekly limit, they can choose to purchase a punch card to use to book additional sessions beyond their booking limit. This feature also needs to be active if they are to be able to purchase a PT punch card in addition to their gym subscription.

To enable this feature, go to Settings > Customers.

Here you will find Registration Settings and a checkbox that says "Allow user to buy extra subscriptions when already having one", check this box to enable the feature.

How do they buy another subscription?

To buy an additional subscription the members must use the webb version of Wondr that they can easily access through they app. Below is a step-by-step guide of how to buy an additional subscription both from the app and the webb.

  1. Click the profile icon in the top right of the app
  2. Click "Webb version" at the bottom of the page
  3. Click the profile icon again
  4. Choose "Subscriptions"
  5. Scroll down and choose the desired subscription
  6. Finish the process and pay
