Loyalty Go

Build loyalty and motivation among your members

Loyalty Go is a feature in Wondr that helps you strengthen member relationships and increase loyalty over time. The feature is included in all our license packages – at no extra cost.

What does Loyalty Go mean?

With Loyalty Go, your customers and staff can:

  • Collect badges for achievements like workouts and bookings
  • Follow streaks directly in the member app
  • Motivated to train continuously week after week

Members see their streaks and achievements both on the Wondr wall and in the app.

Staff can view their achievements and streaks in the Dashboard.

 

This is how it works

  • The feature is enabled by default.
  • You can easily turn Loyalty Go on or off by going to: Settings > Wondr-wall > "Enable loyalty features" (use the toggle)


Customize which activities count

Do you want to exclude certain activity types from Loyalty Go?
  1. Go to the respective activity type
  2. Open the "Rules" tab
  3. Uncheck the box "Included in streaks and achievements"
  4. Update the activity

That's right! Now that activity doesn't count towards customers' streaks and achievements.
