Booking type should not be counted as a punch

Information about which settings need to be made so that a punch is not deducted from a punch card when booking a specific activity. For example, an open house or a gym intro.

Do this

Start by searching for the booking type.

  1. Go to Settings > Booking > Types to see all booking types.

  2. Go to the current booking type by pressing "Edit".

  3. Go to the part of the screen that relates to the booking type's "Rules".

  4. Uncheck the box “This type should count on members total limit (punch ticket)”.

Now the activity will not count as a punch for customers who have a punch card
