New features
New Help Center experience
We’ve introduced a new Help Center powered by HubSpot. Help links are now tailored to your country and language, and a built-in AI assistant can guide you directly in the platform. This makes it faster and easier to find the help you need.
Cancel ongoing Wei jobs
You can now cancel jobs that have been started via Wei, either individually or all at once. If a job is already in progress, it will be stopped where possible, while any completed changes will remain. This gives you better control when managing bulk actions.
More accurate subscription value reporting
The subscription value report now includes split payments, giving you a more accurate view of your revenue.
Updated menu design
The menu has been refreshed with improved colors and contrast, creating a clearer and more consistent visual experience.
Fixes and improvements
Improved password reset experience
Fixed an issue where password reset emails sometimes didn’t reach users due to accidental spaces in the email field. This ensures your members can reset their passwords without issues.
Smoother chat and workspace interactions
Resolved issues where the chat interface blocked clicks on nearby buttons and tools. Selection tools now work as expected, and the chat no longer repeatedly asks for your email.
Improved scrolling and layout across devices
Fixed issues where double scrollbars could appear in certain views, including on smaller screens and in the user profile on mobile. The layout now behaves as expected, providing a smoother experience.
More reliable auto-cancellation rules
Resolved an issue where activities could be cancelled incorrectly due to misapplied rules. Activities are now only affected by the correct settings.
